Supplies:
coffee filter
eyelet lace punch
rubber band
ribbon
Instructions:
Using your Martha Stewart eyelet lace punch (I got mine at Michael's craft store), punch around the edge of the coffee filter and place on top of the jar. I use a rubber band to hold it in place while I tie the ribbon. Cover with your choice of ribbon, if desired.
