Making a Polar Bear from Household Rubbish?

One way you could do it is cut out the shape of a polar bear from cardboard then glue on the rubbish? This would be an easy way to keep the shape of the polar bear and the cardboard would hopefully be sturdy enough. I hope this helps. Good luck, sounds like a fun project.
