Making a Wicker Lampshade into a Vase

Total Time: 10 minutes

Supplies:

• 1 lampshade of your choice ($.50)
• 5-6 faux flowers ($.50)
• 1 lid to create a bottom ($0.00)
• 1 wire cutters ($0.00)
• 1 scissors
• hot glue gun

Steps:

1. Pop the lid into the top (now the bottom) of the shade. If you don't have a perfect lid, use a plastic piece of butter tub lid or sour cream lid. Hot glue it if you have to, it won't show.

 
2. Invert shade and insert your flowers. I chose fall colors, but now I can swap it out for the other seasons, poinsettias, daisies, and summer carnations. N-JOY!!

Cute! My husband has done that too, except the other way around. It's one of my favourite lamps.
