Morning Glories Growing Wild

Morning Glories Growing Wild - pretty purple morning glories

Morning Glories Growing Wild

Photo Description
Purple morning glory vines growing wild all around some of my husband's work benches. I have never had any growing, but have always loved and wanted to grow them. A year ago October 10, 2018 a category 5 hurricane came through and left behind devastating destruction on homes and property. My husband and I have finally just begun to clear downed trees and other debris left by Hurricane Michael in the Florida Panhandle. With our home and property being such a sore eye, seeing these beautiful morning glories just reminds me that this is just the beginning of new beginnings! I praise and thank the Lord for all his blessings and reminders of his love and mercy! He has blessed me with morning glories!!

They are gorgeous! Growing up in South Carolina, the morning glories were everywhere; this reminds me of my childhood.

I enjoy morning glories in CT as they bring color to Fall and my window boxes. I started swapping seeds with my Georgia son and a few people have joined the round robin sharing their seeds from other states.

I live in Indiana and have always loved Morning Glories. Well, I planted some and they are so pretty but they have choked out all my roses and other flowers. If I don't watch it, my Hydrangeas will be next. I have tried everything to get rid of these but they persist. Enjoy yours because mine has got to go!!
