I have a Murray mower model # 13a326jc058 and I have replaced the starter motor, fuses, relay switch, spark plug, battery, and filter and my lawn mower only makes a clicking sound when I turn the key. What do you think could be the problem?

There is a safety switch under the seat that will only let the mower start if someone is sitting on it. Disconnect it and re-connect it.
Under the set should be a solenoid... Touch both screws at the same time with a screw driver. If it turns over then replace the solenoid maybe? I just start mine like this everytime now
