I have a 7 month old Shih Tzu. He has not wanted to eat for a couple of days. He just drinks a little. I already took him to the vet. His weight is falling down from 7 kilos to 4 kilos and his not that active now.

This warrants another call to the vet. No one here would know why your dog is not eating and losing weight.
That is a big weight loss for a young puppy. You need to get your dog to the Vet right away. If you cannot afford a Vet bill you can take the puppy to the local humane society.
