This is a very old machine and very difficult to find a manual.
I did find some manuals for Nelco 4101 LB that looks a lot like your machine and may be similar enough for you to use.
I will provide links for this model 4104 LB and you can contact the company and ask if this manual is compatible with your model: 4102 FB:
