The 925 is sterling silver.
The ND after the 925 represents the designer/company.
The bracelet was made in Taiwan.
The company was in the US for a brief time -1990-1991 but was/is located in Taiwan.
"If the 'ND' is after the 925 (925 ND) it is a piece produced in Bangkok, Thailand by (or for) Nida Factory Co., LTD. This is normally the only marking on the piece.
The jewelry produced in Thailand is basically anonymous and mass-produced."
If you wish to know the weight and a 'low-ball worth' take it to a local pawn shop and ask about the weight and what will they pay.

There is a lot of difference in some of the 'similar' looking bracelets for sale online as where the ND is located makes a very big difference in value to collectors but may not make very much difference to 'ordinary' people who are just looking for a low cost silver bracelet.
The ND before the 925 (your bracelet has the ND after the 925 as explained in my first answer) has an entirely different meaning.
"ND" before the 925 is more indicative of "Norwegian Design" ....perhaps a piece made by Anna Gretta Ekker. However, there is usually a more extensive hallmark or signature that would give you additional information.
"Regarding the value, the Norwegian Design is significantly more valuable because of the artistry, identification of the artist by way of the hallmark (signature or marking) and limited production."
Your bracelet is also 'dented' which will take away from the value as the dents in silver are difficult to remove, even by jewelry repair people.
Pghgirl mentioned this bracelet now listed on eBay and it has received several bids so it would be a good idea to watch but i do not believe your bracelet would be the same value.
I was just informed that silver prices are going up and it would be best to keep tabs on the prices and hold on to all sterling silver (scrap) for a few months to see what happens.
925 is sterling silver. Because your bracelet has dents in it, it is worth the melt value, which is based on its weight and market value per ounce on the day you sell it.
925 Sterling Silver is mostly used in jewelry and flatware. This type of silver is worth from $10 to up in the $100's. 925 silver is worth about $19 per ounce, and scrap silver is around $21 per ounce. The difference in silver 925 is contains 92.5% silver , making it a little less per ounce in weight.

Follow the auction to see what it closes at. You can always weigh yours and see what is better--selling as an eBay or for scrap.
I always go scrap...just less hassle and cash on the spot. No room for fraud as is want when trying to sell (my experience) jewelry on eBay.
