  1. Melt the butter and the orange peel in a 10-inch skillet.

Now here's a good way to use my orange zest. I'll try this as the breast is the only part of chicken I eat. Looks delicious.

Would omitting the garlic powder change the taste much. I have an allergy to garlic.

In my opinion, recipes are only a launching pad. I see no reason why omitting the garlic would make it less tasty. You might want to substitute another herb or spice in its place.

I'm sure it would be fine. You could substitute onion powder unless you are allergic to that too. Or maybe seasoned salt.
