Pocket Sized Hand Fan - finished fanWhen the sun starts to heat up added to our rotational power shut down, that's seriously not cool at all. Then it would make you find a cool place to stay. But upon looking around I found some material that would at least relieve me from the annoying hot weather.

How clever! If you can, try making it out of a dollar tree place mat. Then if it accidentally gets wet, the plastic won't get hurt!!

another clever material to use is the flexible plastic ring binders from the dollar tree. Just cut off the metal ring binder part and use the plastic pieces for the fan. I use these pieces for stiffening in small hand bags or clutches, and lots of other things.
