It's best to give your hair a minimum of 14 days to properly recover between dyes, extensions, etc. This is especially true if you've had previous trouble with your hair thinning, not growing, etc.

Most stripping solutions tell you their recommendation (some even say the same day is OK). If it doesn't say on the box, call their toll free number and ask what they suggest
Personally, I would wait a few days up to a month, but my hair is very brittle.
It is advisable to wait 2 weeks between chemical treatments. Deep condition in between.
I personally have to wait about 10 days when doing something like that but I have thick hair, and lots of it. My girlfriend, on the other hand, has to wait about a month.
