Reconditioning Flower PotsI have a lot of hanging basket pots that are in good condition and would be a waste to throw away! Repurpose and recondition is on my mind. Hmmmm. With cleaning them up and adding spray paint, my pots have a fresh updated look for the fall season. Here's how!

Supplies:

Reconditioning Flower Pots

Steps:

  1. Take pots and clean with soapy water. Rinse an dry.
  2. Reconditioning Flower Pots - used hanging pots
     
    Reconditioning Flower Pots  - washing pots
     
    Reconditioning Flower Pots  - allowing pots and hangers to dry
     
  3. Spray paint 2 coats. Allow to dry.
  4. Reconditioning Flower Pots
     
  5. Fill pots with fall flowers (mums) and soil if needed.
  6. Reconditioning Flower Pots
     
  7. Water and display.

This really works, I started doing this several months ago, the trick is uses several coast, move the spray can, I do not spray all of the inside of the container-let it dry ..it is that simple.
