I did not like my sideburns at all. Then one day it occurred to me to shave them off. And I have an event in month and 10 days. Can I grow them back in time? Will it look natural when I grow it out until that time? Please any tips you can give me to grow it back? Can I grow my sideburns like they were before in a month and 10 days?

Hair grows at its own rate. You cannot make them grow any faster. You could use an eyebrow pencil in a matching shade and pencil them in.

They'll grow in pretty fast. I use an eyeshadow pencil when I need hair filler before full growth. Depends on how long you want them to be when you find they are "grown".
