Relief for Off Days

I have off days and I am sure most people do. When these happen, I have some comforting memories written on a small pretty paper in my nightstand and I have an nice scented Epson salts by the tub. I use these to relax the body when I have to deal with unpleasant matters.

I recall when I received bad news so I am kind, direct and try not to share in the heartache. I find a little time to see how separate we all are but must share in life. I work hard to think ideas all the way through to see the good and bad endings so I can let go of the feelings and get on with life. It all helps. When I get tired and still have to go on, I look for the end of the tunnel and smile as I promise myself a treat.

I see all people as equal. This helps in both hurtful people problems and happy times. We all can give and take. Smile more and the heart becomes happier. It works, I was surprised. Try to recall these and practice them, it will gradualy work for you.
