I don't know if it will grow hair but you can stop hair loss with things like oregano oil or fenugreek. On the other hand, I have heard there is some benefit to using Minoxidil for minimal growth.

I would get a complete checkup to make sure there is no illness involved. Balding is genetic most of the time. People have had success with Rogaine.

Hair plugs are also good for some, but that is not the natural solution you are looking for.

Hi..
Hair lose can be taken care by following steps as follow:
-Consult your doctor first at early stage when you notice hairfall,
- Do not clean hair with soap, always use hair cleanser shampoo,
- oil your hair regularly as per requirement needed (depends upon your hair dryness)
-Dandruff is the main cause of hair fall so make sure your head is totally dandruff free.
- Avoid hair creams, gel, chemical colors,

two things I have heard

1) especially for women with hormonal problems (menopause or pregnancy) it can work really well to supplement with Evening Primrose Oil. These are capsules just like you buy fish oil in stores

2) some people swear by a castor oil/cayenne pepper hair mask. You basically put a ton of cayenne pepper in a jar of castor oil, let it be in a drawer or something for a week or more, then (VERY CAREFULLY!!!!) apply this to the scalp and it stimulates hair growth. www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3HgfoapVDM

this example here uses coconut oil instead: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGvJu_eMsF0

(if you did the castor oil thing for a month or more, i would LOVE to know whether it actually works or not. I've heard about it for years but not had anyone verify it for me)

The suggestions sound like something you could try but I have serious doubts as I believe there would be more posted about these solutions if very many people found them useful.

Of course, many old "hand me down" solutions work for other problems so who knows? Something may work for one that does not work for another. Many times success is because someone continued with a treatment for a long time and did not give up after 2 or 3 weeks.

I believe a doctor's opinion would be a good first step just so you know there is no health issue involved.

Generally the biggest reason for hair loss is genetic and nothing can be done about that. Some people will say their parents had "lots" of hair but genetics many times skip generations so you cannot go by just your parents.

People all over the world spend a lot of money on products like Rogaine because once you start using these products you cannot stop or else you tend to lose everything gained.

The only item my doctor suggested to me about my nails and hair was to take Biotin but I'm not even sure that works for everyone.

I hope you will let us know if you try one of the suggested solutions and it happens to be of benefit to you.
