Remedies for Body Odor?

I have done everything possible to get rid of my body odor, but nothing seems to work. I bathe twice a day, brush my teeth twice, sometimes 3x, I use dental floss frequently, I use lemon before bathing and good deodorants, but people keep frowning and cover their nose when I come around. I need urgent help.

Get some chlorophyll from the health food store & take as directed. The problem has to be solved from the inside. You need to detox.

Another hint is if your underarm odor is like pennies, you are lacking in copper. I know it sounds silly, but our bodies are made up of trace minerals. A deficiency of any of them makes out bodies react abnormally. I hope that helps. The others suggestions are spot on, too.

Information about possible body odor problems-may be from a medical problem such as diabetes or an inherited genetic disorder called trimethylaminuria, etc. You can find much more information online-a good place to start-Wikipedia:

Do not self medicate for this. If your problem is as severe as you say, you need to see a doctor to see if there is some underlying medical problem.

While our bodies do contain traces of 'Trace elements', they are made up of something else. According to Wikipedia: Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.

My advice to you is to take the advice of those who advise you to consult a physician. If you do, and if his/her findings are noteworthy, please share them with us, here.

See your doctor.

Sometimes we need to look at our diet. Eat less meats/ processed foods and more raw vegetables and salads. Look up healthy high fiber diets/ recipes and you will learn more about this - brown rice/ grains/ lentil peas/ black beans/ almond milk/ etc; No sugars/ msg/ etc.

Are you drinking enough water daily? Do your best regarding the recommended daily quantity:

acidophilus) and no fruit or sugar added. Avoid the "lite" or "low fat". There are also acidophilus supplements.

Look for a good antiperspirant deodorant or try the Crystal brand of natural deodorants/ body sprays/ foot sprays.

You can pour Witch Hazel in a spray bottle and spray yourself - very refreshing (face and body - careful around the eyes). See en.wikipedia.org/.../Witch-hazel

Bad breath: Gargle with a mix of warm water, salt and white vinegar: 1/4 glass warm water + 1/4 teaspoon salt + 2 tablespoons white vinegar

Take: 1 T charcoal internally
In:1 full glass water
Add the charcoal to the water!
If on prescriptions, take 2-3 hours before or after, be use will absorb your meds/ minerals/ supplements etc. So take in an empty stomach. Drink at least 1-2 more glasses waster. Note: this will turn your stool black but will not hurt you in anyway..

Can use also as a toothpaste, too...not gritty on teeth either.
