Removing Blackheads?

I have a large and easily visible blackhead on my cheek. I have already tried Garnier cream (blackhead eliminating scrub with charcoal), but it didn't work for me. Please guide me to the best cream or treatment to deal with this problem.

Tweezerman and other companies make a blackhead remover tool. Make sure it is very clean each time you use it.

My grandson uses something called "pore strips" and they are available at drugstores or Walmart, Target type stores.
Be sure to keep your face very clean and it also helps to use steamy hot (not too hot or you will irritate your skin) washcloths/towels on your face for a few minutes. You may need more than one because it must be clean at all times.

You can heat a damp/wet cloth for a very few minutes in the microwave. Start with 22 seconds and increase a few seconds at a time until the cloth is very warm - NOT hot.
Lay it on your face until it cools.
Dry your face and use your product after face is dry but still warm.
You can also try a blackhead removal tool after this heat treatment.

Do everything gently or you may bruise your face.

I suggest asking your doctor for the safest method. This is something I wish I had done when I was younger. Home remedies and squeezing and devices from the day (granted a looong time ago) left me with permanent scars.

Safely first with skin! Please!!!

I would try some sort of activated charcoal mask or bentonite clay mask. You add vinegar or lemon juice to the clay and it hardens, you put on your skin and leave for 15 minutes or longer (depending on how much you can stand it - it can be very drying)

I use a blackhead removing tool like this (on a clean face), then apply aloe vera gel afterwards:
