Removing Ceiling Paint?

I'm trying to remove my bathroom ceiling paint. Most of it scrapped off easily, but the rest is very stubborn. Is there an easy way to remove it?

Why are you removing the paint? Is there some fancy wood underneath? If so, get a paint stripper from your paint store. Is it stipple? That often comes off very easily if you spray it with water and scrape it off after it has soaked for a few minutes and softened up. If you are repainting, there is no need to remove the paint.
