I want to find a way to remove soap scum from my glass sliding shower doors. I want something I can make from regular household chemicals.

The best thing is the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. You can get the knock-offs at the Dollar Store. So easy and fast!

Try a cup of baking soda mixed with 1/4 cup white vinegar, then apply it to the glass. Let it sit for 10 minutes then scrub it in circles with a microfibre cloth and water, then rinse.

I have used almost every spray that is made for this purpose with no luck. What works for me like magic is dryer sheets. I use this method to clean the shower glass after my shower when the glass is wet. Just take a dryer sheet, and wipe down the glass. Once you have all the glass wiped down, take a large drinking glass to fill with water.

Pour water on the glass panels. starting at the top. Once they are rinsed clear, wipe them down with a Fiber cloth or a towel. You can get dryer sheets at the Dollar Tree for $1 a package.

I spray mine down with vinegar in a mister bottle after every shower. The mist bottle stays in the shower, and I spray the shower door right before I get out of the shower.

I have had luck with 2 methods

1) I bought a professional steamer and have found that steaming the shower at high steam setting, first withjust the stream and then with the brush extension, gets it all off

2) the 2nd method was taking a strong bleach solution, soaking heavy duty paper towels in the bleach solution, then 'wallpapering' the soaked paper towels onto the shower. Leaving them on for a day or so, or until they start falling off. This last method works LIKE MAGIC though please wear strong rubber gloves and ventilate
