Repairing a Hoover Carpet Cleaner?

I took apart a Hoover 2 tank system carpet cleaner because it made an awful noise and smelled like smoke. Now I'm trying to put it back together and can't remember where the little hoses go under the hood to the pump.

If it smells like smoke you should take it in for servicing. You dont want a fire.

Look outside of the carpet cleaner and find its make and model
and then first search for its online manual,
If you don't find enough there then
try search google using this as example
"how to assemble Hoover Spinscrub 50"
Change name with your carpet cleaner name and you'll find several good links, if you have trouble then on tp search same in videos
