I checked several sites that advertise Mr. Christmas parts and no one seems to have remotes but you might keep checking anyway.
I also did not see any listed for sale online which is unusual to me.
If you have the box take a look and see if there is an 800 number listed for problems and if no box available check out some of the boxes at the stores and look for the number on a new box.

You can try contacting the company but I wouldn't get my hopes up about how they will respond but you never know about customer service with companies.

If you are anywhere near a Sears Service Center I would suggest you take your remote (if you have it) to their center and see if they can get a generic. If the remote is lost you might ask them anyway as stranger things have happened.

A lot of times when the remote control is no longer working it is possible to make it work again. what I have done is very simple and works more than 90% of the time. You will need some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip. Remove the battery from the unit and clean the contacts by dipping the Q-tip in the alcohol. Rub gently on the contacts to remove the build-up from leaving the battery stored in the unit for a long period of time. You should see the end of the Q-tip black and this is good.

Continue gently rubbing this area and the contact until the Q-tip is clean. Now allow this to dry out for several minutes to remove any of the alcohol that could be left behind. Replace your battery and try again. I have had my husband drop the remote in mud, water, and who knows what else, and it no longer worked. I just used some rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts and the touch pad to make it work again.
