I have a Protex heated mattress and would like to know if I can get a replacement controller for it or do you have to buy new?

This seems to be a Canadian company. It does have a warranty. I would bring it back to the store you got it from.
I believe these have a 3-5 year warranty but yours may be older than this.
It will be difficult to but a replacement but I would suggest you take your controller to a Sears Service Center and see if they have a generic controller that would work for your pad.
