I have a Balsam Hills pre-lit tree that had a three way (color, white, and both plus on and off switch). The switch was damaged (my dog ate it) and Balsam has no replacement available. Where can I find a replacement?

You could take the part to a large hardware store, and they may have it.

I have same problem. 3-way balsam hill tree. Lost remote. Had to buy their remote and was told to get it to work for 3-way I have to turn it on/off/on off each time to change the stages.
