Reusing Push Up Handles In Plants

The children love to eat those Push Up ice cream treats. They are left with these little nifty round discs with a stick attached to it.

I decided to put it in my tomato pot. When I water the plant, instead of making a hole in the dirt, it spreads the water out in sprinkler-like fashion. I think these would be cute name tags for house plants also.

I think the plants like this better. The ones without it, that just get watered regularly are not as big as the other plants are.
