Tires you can normally buy at any tire shop in your area. You can order your rim online and have one shipped to you. Here is a site that sells the rims, not sure which one you are looking for but all of these are replacement rim for your make and model car - www.carid.com/

I have seen some posted on eBay but in my opinion it is best to buy a new rim for the car.
If you can not afford this you should visit used parts houses in your area or even junk yards to find the parts you are looking for. There are many stores that sell replacement rim depending on where you live.
Usually best to buy local so you have their guarantee and warranty which is really important when buying tires.
As to rims this can get complicated as there are several variables that you will have to specify to get a rim to match your particular car so it may be best to try and have all the information about tires size and rim material/style.

Many auto parts stores can order rims but Sears Service Center will also order these for you. Sears also has excellent tires and a good guarantee.
When you have your rim you may be able to find a used tire at one of your local used tire stores and they will mount and balance them for you.
