Total Time: 1-1/2 hours

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Using a large covered skillet. Put 2 tsps. olive oil in pan and heat.
  2. Take all your seasonings and mix them together in a small bowl, mix very well. Use these seasonings as a rub, and rub this on each side of the pork chops.
  3. Place the chops in the hot oil. Turning over after about 1 minute. Adjust the heat if too hot. Cook until both sides are dark golden brown.

  6. When this starts bubbling, lower to simmer. Add onions and mushrooms, and let simmer for 1 hour-1-1/2 hours.

You can serve this over Light n' Fluffy egg noodles and a fresh vegetable. Or we love this with couscous and a vegetable.
