This exact doll sold on eBay recently for best offer with the high dollar being $32.99. When I check my source for what the best offer means, it is still saying 32.99 so it could be the buyer negotiated "free" shipping, which means the seller would have paid the shipping and netted about $10 for the doll after fees and shipping.
I don't know if stores in Houston are open at the moment, but I would just take all of the dolls you have to a local consignment store where you split profits with them and have them sell them.
Sadly most dolls do not have a high value any more and sit for months to sell. This doll sat for 30 days on this listing and could have sat even longer depending on how the seller opens and closes his/her auctions.
This site has a Houston doll club (you have to scroll down). I have never dealt with them and am not sure they still exist in these crazy times, but you could always try their website and the person listed as the contact and see if they could give you info specific to your town.
Where I am in Pittsburgh, if you want to sell dolls, you either sell them on eBay (but you really need to be an experienced sellers), you set up at the local flea market (although that is probably not going to happen this year) or you take them to a consignment store (although many are overrun with dolls and refuse them so you often have to try a few places to find one that will take them).

There are several kinda 'rare' attributes about this doll that could make him slightly more valuable than some other dolls by Ashton Drake:
Although 2 of these dolls have sold on eBay in the past several months they were only sold for $50 & $35 and both were with free shipping so the actual true value of these dolls (to/for the seller) was probably $15 - $25 from the sale and that has nothing to do with what someone may have paid for the doll before the sale - or - in your case it was a gift.
Considering the trouble it is to post on eBay (or anyplace) and the potential very long wait for a sale that is not very much money. Also, shipping is always a challenge and breakage in shipping is pretty commonplace.

I'm afraid that you will just have to research each individual doll if you want to know their current value or just take a chance and sell them individually or as a group in 2's or 3's (or more).
Ashton Drake dolls are not a hot commodit right now. Neither are many kinds of dolls, actually.
If you don't care about earning and just want to unload them, the most expedient thing would be list a bulk listing, either on ebay (cumbersome because shipping fees) or in other local marketplaces. Then someone who either really collects them or who has a methodology for making a profit off them will buy them. If she has for instance 35 dolls, if you're willing to take $200 for the collection then you will make $6 or so per doll which is less than you could trying to sell them piecemeal but you save huge opportunity costs on trying to capitalize on a doomed commodity
