Notify the vet. It could be age related and you may have to resort to a diaper if nothing else works
You should consult with your vet. Incontinence is often manageable with medication. Washable bedding, waterproof pads and, as Judy said, the use of diapers are also possible ways to deal with your dog's incontinence.
This is most definitely one for the vet as it could be something as easy to treat as a urinary tract infection or something that may require further care.
If the vet deems it just part of his aging process, you could do what we did when our when our now late Carmel had age induced incontinence. We used human baby diapers! She was small and wore a Walmart brand size 1. Since human diapers go up to bigger sizes, so you should easily be able to find one that fits your baby!
We cut a diamond shape for her tail and taught her "diapie time" very quickly by using treats. After a while, I could just say diapie time and she would waddle over and let me change her.
Human diapers are MUCH more absorbent AND less expensive than dog diapers. They also don't leak AND they are much better at keeping the dog dry if you miss the pee happening.
If you don't want to go the diaper route, for our Clarence, who won't go out in snow, we set up a plastic shower curtain and paper pee area. He was so smart, we didn't even have to train him to use it...but if you need to, you can train by leading with treats, calling it pee time (or something different than when you want them to go O-U-T). Most dogs will learn this routine very quickly!

You really are going to need to find out what is causing the incontinence to find the best solution. There are a lot more options these day than there used to be. Make sure it isn't an infection and check for diabetes. Diabetes is easily controlled and can present as excess thirst and urination. If I had to guess I would say you are dealing with old age incontinence. Only your Vet can really tell you.
