Simple Light Mac and Cheese

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Mini farfalle (any pasta of your choice)
• 1.5 Tbsp Butter
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Dash of Black pepper
• Dash of Salt

 

 

Steps:

1. Follow heating instructions for your choice of pasta and drain the pasta.
2. In a sauce pan - add milk, butter and dash of pepper over medium heat. Stir until butter is melted and bring to a simmer.

 

 
3. Add pasta and combine well.

4. Reduce heat to low and add your cheeses. Continue to gently stir until your cheese is evenly coated and looks ready.

 
5. Ready to eat! You can eat alone or add other toppings.
