I say this with all respect, I hope none of the fig and olive restaurants are in your town, as the may ask you to change your name. Even though there are two totally different concepts, some companies are funny like that.
That said, how about a motto of:
Where children learn and grow daily.

is the fig and olive something like a Mediterranean reference?
I am curious as to the choice of name because if it has Mediterranean reference, you could use that
other than that, you could say something like "where big ideas bear fruit" or "nurturing your child's fruition"
