Sour Cream Chip Muffins on rackA great recipe from Taste of Home. I read the comments and substituted whole wheat pastry flour, yogurt for the sour cream, and oil for the butter.

  1. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  10. 3/4 filled muffin cups
     
  11. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Wait 5 minutes, then remove to cool on wire rack.
