Simple-Find a recipe for meat sauce that contains hamburger and the amount of servings for that recipe. Divide the amount of hamburger by the amount of servings for that recipe. Then just multiply the amount for one serving of sauce with meat by the number of servings you need and you have the amount of hamburger needed.
