This is a yummy, healthy salad that you can either use pre-packaged spinach from the store or fresh spinach from your garden!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag spinach
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 5 pieces bacon, browned and drained
- 6 mushrooms, fresh
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
Dressing:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and shake 5 minutes before serving. Pour over salad.
