You must have a loose wire. Can you contact the customer service department for help?
When any machine has electrical problems, I usually recommend taking to a repair shop but there are just not that many repair shops for steam press.
You might try your brand name machine on Google to see if the company has a service department that you can call or email with your question.
They will need the model number.
They should be able to give you the name of a service shop that hopefully will be within driving distance.
