I will be turning 16 in October and will be having a sweet 16. I plan on having an intimate party of 50-65 of my closest friends. Any themes that involve DIY and will work with the time of year?

Glow in the Dark, and Neon is my favorite and its fun in the black lights dancing and stuff.
