It is different from the technique of the Maxfield Parrish. Parrish is the author of his own painting technique, which consisted in the use of four primary colors: blue, lilac, yellow and black. By a combination of these colors, he achieved the desired shade, and by separating the layers with varnish - the volumetric image. One of the shades of blue is named after Parrish - Parrish blue. I cant find anything online about this. I am assuming the painting is big worth a lot.
My wild guess is that this is an amateur (but talented!) painter's attempt to emulate the wildly popular Maxwell Parrish, who painted such pastoral idyllic scenes, but were disappointed with the result. In a moment of self-deprecating humor they named their work "The Art Parrishes" as a play on words.

Difficult to really tell very much about a painting just from looking at a picture.

I believe it was probably an artist trying to capture the artwork of Maxwell Parrish as he was very popular for many years before his death in 1966.
You may be able to post your pictures on Reddit and see what their members can tell you. This link will get you information so you can do more research for value. Pictures are difficult and expensive to ship so think about what someone would pay for your pictures that lives in your area for selling as 'pick up only'.
