I recently discovered that a soft bristled toothbrush is a big help in getting between toes and behind ankles when in shower or bath. I add shower gel or moisturiser to the bristles and am able to do an easier, more thorough job than with flannels and the like - and the bristles can be stroked up my foot to help stimulate circulation.
