Transplanting "Lucky Bamboo" Outside?

I'll be planting it outdoors in our most moist well draining shady spot on our Big Island upland property. Will it spread?

"Lucky " bamboo.. As previously states, is not actually bamboo at all. It is not invasive.

Dracaena sanderiana is native to Cameroon and Gabon in West Africa. From what I have managed to gather, their distribution in the wild is confined to a narrow band near riverbanks.
