Can I transplant turnip seedlings from one part of my garden to another?

Yes you can. They are fairly tolerant of transplanting. As a seedling it is less so. Just to be safe I would take some of the existing soil with the seedling to the new area of the garden. Also water it daily, twice a day if a well drained soil until the roots have taken hold; about a week. Good luck!
