When there is a family dinner, I am not allowed in the house without my deviled eggs. It's something I never want to test! I always boil them and once they are cooled, cut them in half and take out the yokes. When it comes time to transport them, I always dealt with them sliding in the container. Two days ago, I dropped one in the container, and it fell in upside down.
AH HA Moment!
They fit better upside down, and even if you have to stack a couple on top of each other, they still don't slide and split like all the other times.
This is a game changer for me, and I hope it makes your next event a bit easier. Mixing the stuffing in a separate container make transporting them a lot easier, too.

I make lots of Deviled Eggs, too. To keep mine from sliding around on my platters, I slice off a thin sliver on each side of the white so they sit flat. No more sliding!
