As long as you have no infection, try washing the affected bites with head and shoulders shampoo. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it off. It works well on me when I get bug bites or general skin itchiness. Follow up the washing with old fashioned calamine lotion.

Do not do this if the bites are warm or dark pink. That could be an infection. Talk to your doctor or urgi care asap if you think you have an infection.

Be sure to treat your pets with vet approved treatment. And follow protocols to risk your space so you don't keep getting bit.

Rub ice on them.

Wash your Bedsheets in Hot Water

To eliminate fleas in bed, ensure you wash your bedsheets and other bedding in hot, soapy water. Also, remember to wash your cat or dogs weekly.

If you have kids in the house and they sometimes sleep together with their pets in bed, endeavour to wash their beddings as well.
