Turkey Dressing

After years of struggling to get all of the dressing out of the turkey, I discovered that if I take a small length of cheesecloth and tuck it in the turkey first, then stuff the bird, when it is cooked it is oh so easy to just pull the whole thing out, cheesecloth and dressing. You get every little bit of stuffing out. Just make sure the cheesecloth forms a type of pouch and there are no openings inside of the turkey for the dressing to leak out into the cavity.
