Uninstalling Bluetooth Drivers?

screen shot of messageMy Dell won't let me uninstall my corrupted Bluetooth drivers so I can install new ones. Does anyone know how to convince it to let me uninstall? It is a Dell Inspiron 64 Bit, Windows 8. The photo shows what I'm getting. It won't let me do anything.

One of the easiest way to uninstall driver is through the device manager. Open the device manager on your PC and find the driver. Right click on the driver and delete this driver. Now you should be able to install your new driver.
