I have bought Loreal's Majirel hair color. When I opened the box, the seal of the tube was missing and when I squeezed it, the hair color that came out was of green colour. Is this colour useable or should I throw it away?

You should have returned it to the store. If the seal is broken it means the product was tampered with. I would not have used it.
I would take it back to where I got it or if they won't take it back, tell the corporate headquarters. That is not right. Here is the contact info for them:

You may want to do both... return and call the company. Broken seals are worrisome!
Totally return it as soon as possible and contact L'oreal.
