Using a Flexible Cutting Mat as Dry Erase Board

I found this flexible cutting and chopping mat at Food City. I bought it for use as a dry erase board or marker board. Dry erase or color markers (not permanent markers) show up well and come off right away with a wet cloth or baby wipes.

This would be great way to practice writing the alphabet or trace coloring book pictures, do math, or just to draw on for fun. It would keep kids entertained. I know it will be used around here a lot ;)
