Do the Pest Offense plug-ins keep mice and rats out?

Save your money and electricity. They do not work.
They do work, but there are a couple of concerns. One, if you have hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, etc, they will be driven to distraction to the sound. Also, we stayed in a cabin with one, and were forced to unplug it. Our daughter could hear it, and it made her miserable. She can also hear deer whistles while driving. Hope this helps!
Save your money, I wasted way too much on them and they do NOT work !!
