• paper of your choice
• scissors
• pen
• decorations of your choice

Steps:

1. Fold a peice of the paper in half to create a heart shaped stencil.

 
2. Cut it out and unfold it.

 
3. Place multiple papers on top of each other, if making many cards.

 
4. Place the stencil on top of the paper and cut around.
