This is a paperweight, and similars are selling on ebay for $15-$25.
How tall is he and what is written on the back? I can't get it not to pixelate.

There are quite a few styles online for brass Mickey Mouse figurines. I am not finding this exact one at all. I do not see this listed as a paperweight or anything special. Most people are just listing similar figurines as vintage Walt Disney Mickey Mouse brass figurine. The average asking price for these items start at $15 and goes up to #45. I am not sure how tall this is so it would be difficult to say what the value of these items really is.
To be able to offer very much information, we will need better pictures showing every written word/mark that is on this statue whether it is on the stand, on the statue or on the bottom. You can either provide better pictures or/and provide what is written.
There have been literately thousands and thousands of this type of statue produced over the years but most of this style seems to have been made in the 70s-80's. Most people have no idea as to the type of 'metal' these are made of and, of course, different metals were used at different times.
Most of this size/type of statues are listed for sale for under $20 and many for under $10; however, I have found very, very few that have sold in the last year for any amount as the 'metal' images are very plentiful and not too popular.
