I have a 24 set of Britannica Encyclopedia from 1969, it's in pretty good condition except for the index. I also have the 15 set (not really sure how many volumes there are supposed to be) of Britannica Junior Encyclopedia from 1968 which is also in good condition. So I was just wondering what the value of these two sets might be

I did find a children's set that is 20 volumes that they are trying to sell on eBay. It appears the set you have is incomplete according to the listing that I can find on eBay. You have 15 volumes and the other sets contain 20 volumes. The asking price for the complete set of 20 volumes is $50 + shipping and handling which will be quite expensive.
Also on eBay, there is a complete set of the 1969 encyclopedias that you are asking about. The person is asking $394 for this set. It is always best to post pictures of items so we can see some of the conditions and type of covers as well as seeing the index page showing all information about the book.
Some sellers are listing the 1969 - revised 14th Edition, as the 200th anniversary edition but this is not correct. The 200th Anniversary Edition was a special set published in 1968 and is clearly marked as this special set.
Only sold identical items can provide 'current value' and of course with something like this set an identical set will never be found.
You can use sold sets as a guideline or a beginning point when you try to determine the value of your set.
Only 2 of the 1969 sets have sold on eBay over the past several months (not a good sign). One set was listed as $149.99 plus shipping but accepted 'best offer' so we have no idea as to the real sold price. The second set sold for $95 with free shipping which means the seller may have realized approximately $45-55 after paying for shipping and eBay and PayPal fees.
The problem with all of this is we do not have any idea as to how long these sets were listed for sale before they sold - months/years?
You can always list your set for sale on other sites than eBay and also offer local pick up only.
Start your price higher - maybe $150 and lower it if no one shows an interest. You will need good pictures (especially of any flaws).
Typically Encyclopedia's sell better when they are over 100 years old. They are considered collectible then. Most of these books are sold to buyers with a library and wanting to complete there collection. There are a lot on the market now , and buyers are slow to purchase.
