This may be the artist name but it seems to be a 'play' on a sort of famous artist's name - michelletaube.com/
However, this is probably just an unknown artist trying to make their mark in the art world so it could be an older painting or could be recent - difficult to tell unless you can find more information about the artist.
I only found the same type of painting that was sold in 2020 for $2.

My husband and I got a painting from Matewere Taumbe In Cape Town, South Africa. Hes from Malawi, and his whole family paints. At least thats the story he told. Love our painting regardless if he truthfully pained it or not. Signed M. Taumbe using the same colorful patterns and splatter designs. Even got a selfie with him and his number.
You could Google this artist, but I think you would have better luck going to an art dealer
I found this painting with perhaps an evolved signature (but the way the year is painted looks very close) attributed to M. Taumbe. That and the beautiful use of similar color might be clues someone else can build on.
